Have you ever dreamed of standing on stage with a real band? Now's your chance to do something about it. Maryoke Thursdays is our take on karaoke – upgraded with live musicians playing for you as you sing.

This isn't your classic karaoke with a dull backing track. You pick your song, step up on stage, and perform alongside a live band that's got your back from the first verse to the last chorus. We're looking for Copenhagen's next rock stars, shower singers, and undiscovered pop icons who just need an audience and a microphone.

Maryoke takes place every Thursday from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Sign-ups are free, and the age limit is 20+.

At 9:30 PM, a QR code to the song catalogue lands on your table so you can prepare your big moment. Sign up with the host at the main stage, and when your name is called, the stage is yours. Lyrics run on an iPad in front of you, and the band will guide you through – even if the nerves start to creep in. Duets are of course an option too.

As a performer, you'll receive a drinks token, and when the clock hits 11:00 PM, the DJ takes over so you can celebrate your debut like it's your first hit single.
